Getting out of your comfort zone won’t kill you!

Everyone has hopes, dreams, desires… or even fantasies they write in their bucket list.

We all imagine from time to time a better life for ourselves… or imagine a better version of ourselves doing greater things.  This is actually common behavior, yet unfortunately, it is also common behavior to sit back and let years pass without pursuing any of our hopes, dreams, desires… or the first thing on our bucket list.

Why is that?

Now some would say fear, laziness, and a lot of procrastination, and to some extent this is true, but the main reason none of us reach our better version of ourselves is because…

WE’RE NOT WILLING TO COME OUT OF OUR COMFORT ZONES!

“You mean to take this class… I have to give up my shows every night?”

“So I gotta give up fast food?”

“To start this business… I have to miss some of my weekends?”

“It’s gonna take how many years to finish?”

More often than not… we don’t fear turning our hopes into reality.  We’re not that lazy in pursuing our hopes and dreams, and we don’t intend to procrastinate when we have to check off that bucket list.

Nevertheless… the first thought of not being able to do what makes us comfortable terrifies us!

The good news is… our comfort zone once began as a hobby years ago, and uncomfortable as it may feel to get out there and start a new hobby, at some point it will become your new comfort zone.

Remember as a child when a toy was taken away from us?  We thought we were going to die!  Yet when we grew older we realized it was for our own good.  Well… in order to become the better version of ourselves, and live the better life for ourselves, there are some things that need to be taken out of our lives…

BECAUSE GETTING OUT OF OUR COMFORT ZONE WON’T KILL US…

BUT IT WILL GIVE US NEW LIFE!
