Ever known somebody who constantly talked about other people’s business? Day-after-day… all this person could do was talk about what everybody else was doing, what everybody else wasn’t doing, and what everybody else could be doing?
This often occurs in the workplace… and although we all know someone who is like this, we’re all dangerously close to becoming that person.
That person who spends all his days talking about everybody else, is no different than that person who surfs the internet everyday; is no different than that person who has their phone stuck on their face everyday; and is no different than that person who talks about what they saw on the news everyday.
There’s one more thing these people have in common;
Ten Years Later… they’ll be in the same position they were in Ten Years Prior!
Not much personal growth… not much educational growth… and not much financial growth!
