NEVER SAY IT’S OVER UNTIL IT’S FINISHED!

How many success stories never happen?

How many dreams never become reality?

How many triumphs end up as failures… because someone decided to quit rather than keep going?

It happens more often than not!

In today’s society, people expect ‘microwave success’ from minimum effort.  Commercials are convincing us that we can get rich quick with only a proven plan and a down payment.  Seminars are filled with so-called entrepreneurs promising a life free from traditional jobs… if you join their pyramid scheme.

I’ve personally known people who have started pursuing their dreams, only to give up in less than six months.  The fact is… patience is a dying characteristic.  No one wants to build anymore… we want to pay a fee, and have the finished construction delivered to us.

On the other hand, a lot of people have the ‘I’ve Made It!’ concept.  Meaning that once they’ve pursued their dream and found success, they believe they’ve made it… never realizing that once they make it… the hardest work has just begun.

This is why most graduation days lead to a life of unsatisfying careers.

This is why numerous ‘grand openings’ end up having ‘closing sales.’

When that first taste of major success arrives… people have a tendency to coast.  It doesn’t matter if you’re starting out, or you’ve reached your goal…

NEVER SAY IT’S OVER UNTIL IT’S FINISHED!

If you haven’t attained what you’re striving for… you’re not finished!

After you’ve celebrated that first triumph… you’re not finished!

How many sports teams have we watched end the season with the best record… and they get beat in their final play-off game?  How many times have we seen the better team underestimate the lesser talented team… and lost?

Your education is not over until you retire!

Your business is not over until you sell it!

WHEN IT’S FINISHED, ONLY THEN… IS WHEN YOU’VE MADE IT!
