When you finally decide to make-up your mind…
when you decide to get serious and do it…
when you decide once and for all to become focused…
THERE ARE 10 THINGS YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO LOSE!
Don’t make the mistake of thinking everyone is going to be happy for your new direction. Remember: The road less traveled… always consist of less friends.
2. WASTED TIME
If you’re serious, be prepared to let go of hanging out, watching hours of television, or whatever you do to spend time unwisely. You’ll soon learn that time is precious.
3. PEOPLE WHO WERE NOT FOR YOU
THIS WILL HAPPEN… GUARANTEED!!! Please don’t get discouraged, depressed, or broken hearted if it’s someone whom you thought was your friend. You’ll be surprised to find out who doesn’t want to see you succeed!
You may have them now, but the more focused you become, the more you’ll discover that you never needed excuses in the first place.
5. YOUR ROAD TO POVERTY
Most people are on this road without even knowing it. Remember: The road less traveled consist of less friends, therefore, the road to poverty always has too many friends. Becoming focused will always put you on the right track.
Now you may experience this in the beginning. WE ALL DO! The good news is, the more focused you become, and as time goes by… that self-doubt will turn into high self-esteem.
7. THE DISTRACTIONS OF LIFE
When you’re focused, you have a plan, and when you have a plan… you keep a schedule. Your daily schedule will shield you from the endless distractions that interrupt your progress.
8. SUPPORT FROM LOVED ONES
This one will hurt the most, but as I stated earlier… you’ll be surprised to find out who doesn’t want to see you succeed! What’s even more surprising… is when it’s the ones closest to you!
Because of #6 (Self-Doubt)… you will not lose this in the beginning. But if you dedicate yourself to staying focused, your future will consist of a life without regrets. You will not be saying, “If I had it to do all over again.”
Have you ever known someone who was totally focused on their goal… and failed to achieve that goal? NEITHER HAVE I!!!
