Here is a simple question…
Are we doing the things we want to do in life, or are we doing the things we need to do?
It’s human nature, along with human temptation that drives us to do all the things we want to do in life. We love to have fun, we love to be entertained, and we love to go ‘the easy route!’
Doing what is wanted has become the society norm for the vast majority of Americans.
But think about what our life would look like the moment we decided to do what was needed. Applying our time wisely, taking care of our responsibilities, and working harder today for an easier tomorrow.
Most people spend 80% of their day on what is wanted and 20% on what is needed, and as a result… they wonder why life is not working out in their favor. But imagine if we switched that percentage around… imagine if we devoted 80% on what was needed, and 20% on what was wanted?
The distractions of society has brainwashed us into placing our wants in front of our needs. This is like putting play before work… which always ends tragically in life.
It’s time we begin to put our needs in front of our wants. It’s time to put more time into our work… than we do our play.
BECAUSE WHEN WE DO WHAT IS NEEDED TODAY…
WE’LL HAVE MORE TIME TO DO WHAT IS WANTED TOMORROW!
